Our clinic was established in 2009 by two former medical flight surgeons who crossed paths during the Desert Storm operation while dutifully serving our nation. They were captivated by the remarkable community of Castroville, Texas, and recognized a pressing demand for a comprehensive clinic that could address a multitude of medical requirements. "The staff and Dr. Neel were very accommodating when my daughter’s MV High school recommended that she attend their school even though me (mom) was positive for covid, since they only tested me. Alsace allowed us to come and get her note and also along with the unnecessary test to show she is positive … or she would have to come back to school and spread it. This was so inconsiderate being that I can hardly get out of bed. This is a great team and a great staff!"

"Utilized the Clinic’s Telemedicine option on a Sunday after testing positive for COVID on Saturday night. They were able to get me in immediately for a virtual visit and the doc gave me an excellent vitamin/supplement protocol to follow and called in a Z-PAC, Steroids & inhalers right away. She also got me in for the monoclonal antibody treatment the next day! This isn’t my regular doctor, but this Clinic is on top of their COVID treatments and gave me so much comfort in a very scary time. Highly recommend!!"

"I had a wonderful experience at Little Alsace Urgent Care. Lost my voice entirely and took a day off of teaching to come to the clinic. I was seen by Ricardo Benavides PA-C. He was easy to talk to, thorough and very kind! Got a steroid injection and some antibiotics, in and out in an hour. Had my voice back the next day, will definitely return and recommend to others. You may want to get their earlier in the day, I was seen almost immediately around 11am but the waiting room was full when I left."

"I've worked 30 yrs in Medical Centers, the front desk people are a very poor example of an efficiently run facility! Waiting times are ridiculous, 3 people in the waiting room for almost 2 hours ?? Come on? Insurance cards not returned? Hearing gossip?? What a shame because the Drs are well thought of!!! What kind of a business mgr do the have!!! Rate one star for Docs!"
